Tricia Vanderslice is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Slice Sports. She brings 17 years of award-winning experience across global sports, capital markets, emerging tech, and consumer brands. Tricia played a key role in scaling ETF platforms to $4B AUM and has led Sports Emmy-nominated productions for organizations like Ironman Triathlon. She has driven accelerated revenue growth through strategic partnerships, multi-platform sponsorships, broadcast rights, and fan engagement for national and global sports organizations, including USA Swimming. At Slice, Tricia leads strategy, LP engagement, asset acquisition and acceleration, and partnering with institutions to unlock value in emerging segments such as women’s sports, media rights, and fan-driven platforms. She is a University of Alabama alumna and proud mother of two aspiring youth athletes. She is driven by a deep passion for sports, business, and innovation.
Russell Atta-Safoh is a seasoned CFO with 20 years of experience, including working for the Washington Commanders, Fannie Mae, and serving as a financial consultant to the federal government. At Slice he evaluates and structures deals that leverage underserved growth areas within the sports ecosystem. Russell is skilled in financial planning and analysis, equity analysis, financial modeling, M&A analysis, risk assessment, LBO analysis, and auditing. He earned his BS in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Management and Business from the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds an M.B.A. and a Master’s in Finance from the same institution.
Wilson Kello is the Chief Marketing Officer at Slice Sports. He brings over 20 years of experience across alternative asset classes, public and private markets, and strategic communications. He has built multimillion-dollar fashion portfolios, advised across high-growth sectors from cannabis to fintech, and helped launch the world’s first industrial hemp VC fund. Wilson previously served as Chief Marketing Officer in a successful SPAC merger and has worked at the intersection of finance and brand throughout his career. His multidisciplinary background enables him to identify value in overlooked markets, with a current focus on women’s and youth sports, teams, and leagues. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Swarthmore College and an advocate for innovation in mission-driven investing.
